Introduction

"All good things are wild and free"
                                      - Henry David Thoreau

If you can't beat it, eat it.

Dandelion is commonly found as a weed throughout the northern half of the U.S. It can survive many different soil types, environmental conditions, and management practices. The plant also has the capability to regenerate after surviving taproot segments.

A lot of people don't know that dandelion is edible. In fact, it has a lot of health benefits and should be used in culinary rather than being removed as a weed!
